Out of twenty parishes in the diocese, our parishes have the unique opportunity to receive intensive, hands-on accompaniment from the Catholic Leadership Institute to help us develop a pastoral plan. The first step is participation in a survey so we can better understand our parish
needs. We need your help! Please help us by participating in a 10-15 minute survey online. The survey can be accessed through an online link starting Ash Wednesday, February 22 through March 31 st and will ask
you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our efforts to help you grow. All responses will be confidential, and the parish will only receive information about the community as whole. We will share the link with you a bit closer to the launch of the survey. We are trying to get the highest response rate possible. This information will be invaluable to Fr. Matt and our various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best disciples
we can be. We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire parish.
If you prefer a paper copy, you may pick up a paper copy of the survey after daily and Sunday Masses. They will be located in the vestibules of each church. To submit the completed paper survey, please drop off at either parish office. If dropping off outside of office hours, please use
the boxes available beside the office door. To make special arrangements for getting a paper copy, please contact Angie Robb at (724) 352-2149 ext. 208.
Thank you for helping with this important project!
On Wednesday, November 30, Father Matt McClain convened meetings with our Clergy Team, combined Parish Staff and all Finance and Pastoral Council members to meet with our Regional Vicar Fr. Philip Farrell and members of Diocesan Parish Services. The purpose of the meeting was to listen to one another, collaborate, and begin planning for the future. Father McClain shared his vision of building unity and strengthening relationships with our two parish communities and gathered feedback on the possibility of merging our two parishes into one. As Father McClain discerns the next steps, he will be seeking input from parishioners in the near future. More information on this will be made available in the weeks ahead.
